As part of the Tax Reform bill sponsored and passed by Ryan, the inheritance tax on small, family- owned businesses was eliminated. Ryan also authored and passed legislation know as "Pennsylvania Startups for Soldiers" to help veterans and active duty military members start their own businesses. Additionally, he continues to work on reducing over regulation and is a strong advocate for workforce development programs.
